Is intercepting negative reviews allowed under Google’s policy?
Yes – what’s banned is review-gating (only sending the public-review request to people you predict will leave 5 stars). What we do is different: every customer gets the same request, and we give unhappy ones an obvious private path to raise their issue with you first. Google explicitly endorses this. ACCC endorses this. We’ve run it across 100+ AU clients for 7 years without a single platform issue.
How fast will my review count actually grow?
Depends on your customer volume. A restaurant doing 200 covers/week typically sees 15-30 new Google reviews/month within the first 60 days. A trade business with 40 jobs/month sees 8-12. We’ll model your specific numbers in the discovery call before you commit a dollar.
What if we get hit with a fake or malicious review?
