10X Marketing was founded in Perth by Jim Nguyen. What began as a lead-gen service for Perth trades and hospitality grew into a full-stack agency serving builders, restaurants, ecommerce operators, and professional-services firms across Australia and beyond.
Along the way we ran into the same problem every client had – reputation was either being left to chance or managed by tools that treated a one-star outburst the same as a glowing five-star. So we built 10X Reviews, the reputation-management software now used by businesses across four countries. Today the agency and the software operate as one ecosystem: clients win at acquisition and retention, not one-or-the-other.
