What’s the minimum monthly ad spend you’ll work with?

$2,500/month media spend on top of management fee. Below that, Smart Bidding doesn’t get enough conversion data to learn — you’re paying Google to figure your account out. We’ll tell you to wait if it’s not the right time.

Should I be running Performance Max?

Sometimes. PMax is great for ecommerce with a clean product feed and account-wide retargeting. For lead gen, it’s usually a budget vacuum that cannibalises your brand terms. We’ll tell you on the audit whether it’s right for you — and if it is, we structure it with proper brand exclusions and asset groups so it doesn’t run wild.

Do you lock me into a 12-month contract?

No. Month-to-month after a 90-day initial period (we need that long for Smart Bidding to learn). Cancel any time after that with 30 days’ notice. The work is the contract.

Who owns the Google Ads account?

You do. Always. We build the account in your MCC under your name, give you admin access from day one, and you keep all of it if we part ways. Agencies that “own” your account are agencies you can’t leave — we don’t play that game.

Will Google Ads work for my industry?

If your customer searches for what you sell, yes. If they don’t yet know they need you, Google is the wrong starting channel — Meta is. We’ll tell you which on the audit. We won’t take the engagement if Search demand for your category isn’t there; you’d just be paying for our learning.

Do you also handle landing pages and tracking setup?

Yes. Conversion-focused landing pages and server-side tracking (Enhanced Conversions, GA4, Google Conversion API, CRM hand-off) are part of every engagement. If you’d rather use existing pages, we’ll audit them first and tell you whether they’ll bottleneck spend before we send a click their way.
