“10X Marketing helped us streamline everything, from designing our website, to managing all of our social media pages. Jim and the team treat our business like it’s their own.”
THE STARTING POINT
Day one: a new business, a blank domain, and a Perth market that didn’t know they existed.
iVac WA is a Perth-based vacuum excavation, hydro excavation, and industrial waste services operator, the kind of business whose customers are commercial property managers, civil contractors, mining ops, and emergency-response coordinators. Their work matters most when something goes wrong: a flooded soakwell, a burst stormwater drain, a hazardous waste spill, an animal-effluent overflow at an abattoir. The phone needs to ring, fast, when someone Googles “vacuum truck Perth” at 6am.
The problem at launch: there was nothing for Google to rank. No domain history, no content, no backlinks, no Google Business Profile reviews. Their established competitors had been building authority for years and owned the map pack. iVac needed to design and ship a website, build organic visibility from zero, and run paid traffic in parallel, without burning through ad spend while waiting for SEO to compound.

WHAT WE DID
A full-funnel build, designed, ranked, and converted.
1
Designed and shipped the website
Built ivacwa.com.au from scratch, fast, mobile-first, conversion-optimised. Clear service pages for every revenue line: vacuum excavation, soakwell cleaning, garnet waste, hydro excavation, animal waste, emergency response. SEO score: 100.
2
Built topical authority page-by-page
Targeted every commercial query in the vacuum-services landscape: high-intent service terms, emergency variations, niche industry terms (abattoir, garnet, K100, NDD). Outranked larger competitors by going deep on intent matching, not by outspending them.
3
Backlink + DR foundation
263 backlinks, 264 added across the period (only 11 lost). Growth in domain authority gave the new site the credibility signals Google needs to rank against established competitors with years of head-start.
4
Paid running in parallel, at $33 CPA
Google Ads delivered leads from day one while SEO compounded. Across 12 months: $16,863 spend → 10,756 clicks → 509 conversions at $33.13 cost-per-conversion. Avg CPC dropped 54% YoY as quality scores improved.

THE RESULT
When a Perth business needs a vacuum truck, iVac WA is now the answer Google gives.
The 12-month report shows a business that’s compounded, not plateaued. Every quarter brought more impressions, more clicks, more ranked terms, and more leads. Paid search filled the gap while SEO matured; SEO is now carrying an increasing share of total leads as the domain authority grows.
Critically, the cost-per-lead trajectory moved in the right direction. As the keyword set expanded and quality scores improved, Google Ads cost-per-click dropped 54% YoY and cost-per-conversion fell to $33.13, efficient even by national benchmarks for industrial services. The brand search trend (498 clicks/yr on “ivac wa” at 30% CTR) signals real category recognition: people are now Googling iVac WA specifically rather than generic terms.
