INDUSTRY · HOSPITALITY & RESTAURANTS
Digital marketing for Perth restaurants, cafés, and hospitality venues.
San Remo Pizza went from 250 to 806 Google reviews in 36 months, with 122 negative reviews intercepted before they went public. Their share of the local pizza takeaway market has grown materially. We do the same for restaurants, cafés, bars, and hotels across Australia.
THE HOSPITALITY MARKETING MATH
For hospitality, your reviews are your menu.
BrightLocal’s 2025 consumer survey shows 91% of diners read Google reviews before choosing a restaurant, and a one-star drop in average rating maps to a 5-9% revenue drop (Harvard Business Review, restaurant economics). For a venue doing $1.5M a year, that’s $75K-$135K of yearly revenue tied to half a star. The math is brutal, and most operators are leaving it to chance.
WHY HOSPITALITY HIRES US
Bookings live or die in the map pack, and the map pack lives on reviews.
When someone in your suburb Googles “best pizza near me” or “Italian restaurant Perth,” Google shows three results in the map pack. Get into those three, you get the booking. Outside the three, you don’t exist. Reviews velocity (how many new reviews you collect per month) is the single biggest factor in whether you’re in the pack, ahead of cuisine type, distance, or even rating.
Our hospitality clients win because we treat reviews as the marketing channel, not an afterthought. Every paying customer gets a review request automatically. Negative experiences are routed to the owner privately so issues are resolved before they go public. The combined effect is steady upward pressure on rating, review count, and ranking, which converts to bookings without any extra ad spend.
WHAT WE DELIVER
Six things every hospitality venue should be doing.
OUR APPROACH
How we turn a hospitality venue into a map pack default.
San Remo Pizza: 250 to 806 reviews in 36 months.
Perth’s favourite family-run pizzeria came to us with a review count that didn’t match their reputation. Three years later: 806 verified Google reviews, a 4.6-star average, 122 negative reviews intercepted privately before they ever hit the public profile, and a materially larger share of the local pizza takeaway market.

HOSPITALITY QUESTIONS
The most common questions hospitality owners ask us.
How long until we see more bookings?
Review velocity improvements show in 30 days, map pack rankings climb in 60 to 90 days, and bookings impact follows directly. San Remo Pizza was getting noticeably more bookings inside the first 90 days, with the compounding effect kicking in by month 6.
What does 10X Reviews cost on its own?
10X Reviews software is included with our reputation management service. If you want the software without the agency, it’s licensed separately with a free 14-day trial. Pricing is published on the 10X Reviews page.
We’re a small café, not a 100-seat restaurant. Is this overkill?
Especially not. Small venues live and die on local rankings because you can’t out-spend chains on ads. Reviews and map pack visibility are the great equalisers, and they’re entirely within your control once the system is set up.
Will you do food photography?
We arrange it through trusted Perth-based food photographers we’ve worked with for years. Hospitality is sold through eyes first, and most venues are still using phone photos. We treat photography as part of the marketing build, not an optional add-on.
What if we get a genuinely bad review through anyway?
You reply. Publicly, professionally, briefly. We draft the response. A measured owner reply to a 1-star review actually improves your conversion rate because future customers read how you handle problems. Hiding from negative reviews is worse than the reviews themselves.
Can we use this for delivery and takeaway too?
Yes. Review requests fire after delivery or takeaway pickup, with timing tuned per channel (2 hours post-delivery for food to be eaten, immediate after takeaway). Works with DoorDash, UberEats, Mr Yum, and direct online ordering.
We’re not in Perth. Do you work with venues elsewhere?
Yes. Hospitality marketing fundamentals are the same everywhere, and we run venues across Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide. Local SEO obviously requires we know your market, so we onboard non-Perth venues with a 2-week market-mapping sprint.
