Will my brand sound like a chatbot?

What do you mean by “GEO” or “AEO”?
Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) are how you get your business cited inside AI search answers – ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. Different ranking signals than classic SEO: structured FAQ content, original data, schema markup, third-party mentions, clear question-answer formatting. This is where buyer search is moving fast and most AU agencies aren’t tracking it.
Is AI-generated content safe for SEO in 2026?
AI-assisted-then-human-edited content is safe and effective. Pure AI output dumped to your blog is not – Google’s Helpful Content System has been deindexing low-effort AI-generated sites since early 2024. Our content runs through human editors and subject-matter experts before it ships. The AI saves time; the humans make sure what gets published is true and useful.
Can you train AI on our internal data?
Yes – we use private workspaces (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Enterprise, etc.) where your data isn’t used for model training. We can build a brand-voice fine-tune, an FAQ knowledge base for support automation, or prospecting workflows trained on your won-deal data. Privacy and IP are handled in a written DPA before any data moves.
What’s the minimum engagement and spend?
3-month initial term to set up systems, train workflows, and prove value. After that, month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. Pricing depends on scope (creative production volume, GEO content velocity, workflow build complexity) – we scope on the discovery call. We won’t take you on if your team isn’t willing to use the workflows we build; the tool is only as good as the operation around it.
