How long until content drives leads?

First rankings movement: 60-90 days for low-competition keywords, 4-6 months for commercial ones. First measurable lead flow: usually month 4-6. By month 12, content typically becomes the cheapest lead source in the mix because it doesn’t stop earning when the spend stops.

Do I need to be the “expert” in the content?

Will the content actually convert, or just rank?
